Contains no additives! This dessert is full of rich, sticky sweetness and juicy flesh.
We have a wide range of sake produced in Sado. Add some colour to your meal!
Pure sake served chilled. Made with spring water in Sado.

This sake is mild but has a clear light taste. Served chilled.

You may enjoy this sake warmed or chilled. It has a sharp, refreshingly dry taste, that you will never tire of drinking.
Honjozo Ama no Yuzuru
Kintsuru (Kato Shuzo Brewery)
Kato Shuzo Brewery cares about the quality of the water used in its hand-made process. This sake maximises the high-quality flavour of the water and has a refreshing finish.
Nama Chozo-shu: Tennama [sake made without heating and pasteurised just once]
Tenryohai (Tenryohai Shuzo Brewery)
This sake has an aroma of freshly squeezed fruit and is popular among ladies because it is easy to drink.
